Roasted Onion Dip
This one was super easy.
Software:
- six yellow onions - halved and a cross cut made in each end
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 tbsp worchestershire
- 1 tsp dijon
- salt and pepper
Program:
1. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
2. Place the onions cut side down
3. Place in preheated 400 degree oven on the lowest rack
4. Cook for about a half hour until the onions are easy to pierce with a sharp knife
5. Let onions cool
6. Peel onions and chop up the way you like
7. Mix with the other ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste
