Software:
- 3 Cups/16 oz. Raw Almonds
About 1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp dried thyme
1 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbsp. Dried Oregano
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp salt
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Coat almonds with oil in bowl
3. Mix with other ingredients
4. Place in single layer on parchment lined rimmed baking sheet
5. Roast for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through
6. Let cool then store
Improvements:
- it need a little more salt or another flavor to up things. I saw recipes with lemon or lime zest or Parmesan.
- use 2 tsp table salt instead
