Roast Pumpkin Seeds

Notes: I used some oil as the seeds were very dry

Ingredients:
- 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds - from one large pumpkin or equivalent 
- tsp salt
- spice mixture (see Note)
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil

Note
I imagine u could use any spice combo. Experiment!
Spice 1:
- tbsp smoked paprika
- tsp garlic powder

Program:
1. Preheat oven to 325
2. Toss seeds with oil to evenly coat 
3. Add in spices and salt and toss to evenly distribute
4. Put on parchment lined baking sheet in single layer
5. Place in oven for 15m
6. Mix them up and go for another 10-15
