Notes: First time i'm trying to this. This is why Microwaves were invented!
Software:
- 1 C Heavy Cream
- 12 Oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp table salt
Program:
1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and microwave for about 2 mins, stirring halfway through
2. Stir at end until mixture is smooth
3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours
4. Scoop 3 tbsp and form a 2 inch ball
5. Wrap balls in plastic wrap and put in zip top bag
6. Store in fridge for 5 days or freezer for two months
To make a cup put a ball in a cup of milk and microwave for about 2 mins until smooth
