Notes: need to play with the amount of cheese, need to play with timing with foil off

Ingredients
1.5 lbs ground meat (turkey)
1 lb pasta (penne)
1 24 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 15 oz container ricotta
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Program
1. Cook past as you like
2. In large saucepan brown ground meat
3. Season with crushed garlic, tomato paste, herbs and salt and pepper
4. Add tomatoes and simmer for a bit
5. Combine cooked pasta and ricotta on large bowl and mix well
6. In 13x9 Pyrex dish spread about a 1/3 of meat sauce
7. Add all of pasta to dish and spread out
8. Add rest of sauce on top
9. Top with Parmesan
10. Cover with foil and bake about 30 mins in 350 oven
11. Remove foil and go another 10 until top is browning
