Boursin Cheese

Source: http://www.thehungryhounds.com/blog/2015/2/22/homemade-garlic-herb-boursin

Notes: I used a paddle attachment in a mixer to make it lighter. I switched the garlic cloves for garlic powder. Garlic cloves were too potent.

Serves: Lots

Ingredients:
- 8 oz light cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper

Program:
1. In a mixer with the paddle attachment, mix light cream cheese and goat cheese
2. Mix in garlic powder, herbs, lemon zest, salt, pepper

Yum!
