- 1/2 Cup rolled oats
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup milk of your choice

- Blend oats by them self until fine
- Add banana and millk and blend til smoothe
Variations:
- I've thrown a couple tablespoons of chia seeds in there
- I've thrown some fresh or frozen strawberries too
