So simple
Software:
- 2 cans garbanzo beans drained
- 1 clove garlic peeled
- juice of about three lemons
- a little water
- extra virgin olive oil about 1/4 cup
- 3 tbsp tahini
In food processor blend garlic and tahini and then lemon juice
Add in garbanzo and process
Add some olive oil and water a little at a time until you get the consistency you want
Add salt and pepper
Taste and adjust
For a tasty variant, add in a few cloves garlic roasted for 20 mins at 425.
