Gobi Masala

Spice Mixture
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander

Other Ingredients
I package frozen cauliflower or  1 head
1 medium onion diced fine
3-4 cloves garlic crushed
2 tomatoes blitzed with stick blender or equivalent canned
1/4 cup full fat yogurt or combo with cream

1. Cook cauliflower almost to done and set aside
2. In straight sided sauté pan sauté cauliflower until brown in spots and set aside
3. Sauté onions until browned in spots
4. Add garlic until fragrant
5. Add spices and sauté for a minute or so
6. Add crushed tomato
7. Cook mixture until liquid gone
8. Turn off heat and add dairy
9. When mixed add a cup or so water bring to simmer
10. Cover and cook for 15 mins
