Pork Tenderloin in the Oven


Notes: This option is pretty simple. And if you use a rimmed baking sheet I’ve been able to cook four tenderloins at once. Nice when you’ve go three kids.

This goes great with the Memphis Rub also in this blog.

Serves: Makes 1-4 tenderloins, each can service 4 or so people

Ingredients: <the ingredients provided generally in the order they are used, including any prep>
  • 4 Pork tenderloins prepared as you'd like

Program: <list of steps>
  1. Preheat oven and pan to 450
  2. Take the pan out quickly and add some veg oil
  3. Put the tenderloins in the pan evenly spaced
  4. Roast for 10 mins
  5. Flip the tenderloins and reduce heat to 400
  6. Cook til desired temp of about 145
  7. Rest before slicing

Variations:
  • There is a variation that cooks illustrated has that is a little more involved, requires a special pan, but they may come out a bit better. I have to find the link.
